The lots supported 1522 21st, built in 1885 and utilized as their primary residence, as well as a one-story frame cottage completed in February 1899. The couple demolished this cottage in 1916 and in 1920 they replaced it with the current building. The original insurance record for 1518 21st identifies a one-story frame dwelling elevated 6’ over an enclosed above-ground basement. The house contained four rooms, one hall, one bathroom, four closets and two porches. The first occupants of the house were the Rossi’s newlywed daughter, Albina, and her husband . James Nicoline Migliavacca, a salesman for Kauffman, Meyers & Company. In 1929, David and Eugenia Rossi gifted the house to the Migliavaccas, who added the sleeping porch and garage addition in February 1955.Sold Furnished with exclusions includes golf cart.
